• Chakra Balancing: Explore each energy center through asana and visualization.
• Guided Journaling: Reflect on your inner landscape.

1. Nourishing Lunch Break (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

• Savor a wholesome vegetarian meal, lovingly prepared to replenish body and soul.

1. Afternoon Flow (2:30 PM - 4:00 PM)

• Yin Yoga: Dive deep into stillness and surrender.
• Breathwork: Awaken prana and release stagnant energy.

1. Creative Expression (4:15 PM - 5:30 PM)

• Mandala Art: Tap into your creativity as we draw mandalas inspired by our practice.
• Share Circle: Connect with fellow retreaters and share insights.

1. Soothing Sunset (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

• Restorative Yoga: Luxuriate in supported poses, allowing tension to melt away.
• Sound Healing: Bathe in the resonance of crystal bowls.
